SOCIAL HOUSING IN INCIRALTI

This project was a social housing project designed in a third-grade art and design studio, located in Inciralti, İzmir. We did this project in groups of 2 people. First of all, we designed 2 building units in this project. I designed the Unit Type A. Unit Type B was designed by my teammate Ayşen. Then we designed the row houses by combining these units within themselves and A and B. In this project, we designed special agricultural areas for each house, common agricultural areas, common areas on the roof, a bazaar area, and socialization areas intertwined with the bazaar area. The purpose of this land was to design spacious areas where people could get maximum efficiency by using a low budget. Another goal when making this design was to take Inciraltı into consideration and not to move away from this context.
